Short Answers.

1) Describe the rise of industrial economics and their link to imperialism and colonialism. Include issues such as strategic advantage, moral issues raised by nationalism, Social Darwinism, the missionary impulse, and materials issues such as land, resources, and technology.

Because of industrialization it pushed British to get more resources from other countries, so they took over Africa.

2) Explain imperialism from the perspective of the colonizers and the colonized and the varied immediate and long-term responses, responses by the people under colonial rule(cause and effect relationships).

The colonizers thought they could rule Africa because they had the wealth and power. A good thing was that people there had longer life spans, a better education, and higher literacy rates.
